Bilingual Administrative Associate – FULL TIME POSITION

The Willow Group is an association management, event management and creative services company located in Ottawa. We are currently seeking a fully bilingual Administrative Associate (English/French) to join our team on a full time basis.

The Willow Group offers a hybrid working environment. The Administrative Associate position requires in-office work 5 days per week. Remote work opportunities (one day a week) will be considered after the successful completion of training and the three-month probation period.  Willow also offers a comprehensive employee benefit plan.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • To provide bilingual (English/French) administrative support services to the company and its clients
  • To support the day-to-day association requirements of our very diverse clients including responding to client inquiries via phone and email, membership processing and member support services, membership reporting, bank deposits, etc.
  • To support the day-to-day conference/event requirements including responding to client inquiries via phone and email, event registration processing and support services, exhibit and sponsorship sales processing and support services, registration and sales reporting, in-person/on-site registration support for local events, etc.
  • To strive to meet and exceed client expectations with every interaction.
